The hybrid coach problem
Your athletes run in Strava, lift in another app, and send you screenshots in chat. You become the glue. Coach mode reduces that friction: the athlete logs (or syncs) and you see the week without rebuilding it by hand.
Product · Coach mode
Coach mode is built for coaches and boxes who work with gym + running/ergs. You invite athletes, assign work, and review strength and cardio together — without pretending to be a marketplace of official plans or a substitute for your judgment.
The essentials
Athlete view: who trained, who skipped the block
Athlete strength + cardio in the same read
Less Excel / WhatsApp; more decisions with context
Your athletes run in Strava, lift in another app, and send you screenshots in chat. You become the glue. Coach mode reduces that friction: the athlete logs (or syncs) and you see the week without rebuilding it by hand.
It includes athlete tracking, work assignment, and a strength + cardio progress read. It is not a coach directory, clinical chat, or official HYROX station programming. Coach chat is still on the roadmap; athlete tracking is already the core.
Independent coaches, boxes with athletes who mix weights and running/ergs, and preparers who want one weekly source of truth. If you only run group classes without individual follow-up, you may not need it.
How it works
Sign in with Lifetime/Pro, open the athlete view, and generate invites.
The athlete joins, logs strength, and connects cardio if they want. You assign the week’s work.
Sunday (or your check-in day): consistency, load, and fatigue signals — strength and cardio on the same screen.
Frequently asked questions
No. It is on Lifetime and Pro. Free works for the athlete to log; the coach needs Lifetime/Pro for the athlete view.
For day-to-day hybrid tracking, yes — it reduces Excel and screenshots. It does not aim to cover advanced pure-endurance periodization or box billing.
They can start free to log. Athlete Strava/Concept2 integrations depend on their own plan.
Chat is marked as coming soon. Today the value is shared tracking and the weekly read.
