Why this is not a generic running PDF

Real Spain events, not a made-up marathon

The catalog brings city, distance, and date when published. The plan starts from Valencia or Behobia, not an empty template.

Strength does not vanish by week 6

Make room for strength while preparing for a race. Review strength sessions alongside your runs and see how they fit into your week.

Prescribed vs what you actually ran

Pace, GAP, HR, and adherence to decide next week. We do not promise a finish time; we promise one picture of the block.

Frequently asked questions

Does this site open the race plan in the app?

Yes. Pick a race or a distance here and the app opens the plan wizard with that goal. You can configure it without an account; sign up to save it.

What if I do not have an account yet?

You can open and configure the plan without an account. When you save it, the app asks you to sign up and keeps your selected race.

Can I pick a popular Spain race?

Yes. Valencia, Madrid, Behobia, San Silvestre, and the rest of the catalog are preloaded. If your local race is missing, open the plan without an event and enter date and distance yourself.

Is this an official marathon or brand plan?

No. It is the app tool for structuring your block. We do not sell elite periodization or official HYROX plans.

Does it work if I only run and skip the gym?

You can use it, but the product shines when there is strength + endurance. If you only want social running, Strava may be enough.

Can I adapt the plan if a week goes sideways?

Yes. The point is to review prescribed vs completed and realign the block. The app helps you reorganize; it does not guarantee a specific mark.
