Integration scope and plans
Check Strava access in the app and connect your account to bring cardio into KiTraining. Log sets and weights in KiTraining. Importing activities does not mean exporting structured workouts to your watch; check device support separately.
The two-app problem
When you only watch kilometers, you optimize running. When you only watch sets, you optimize the gym. The hybrid athlete needs the interaction: how a running spike explains a weak press, or how a heavy leg week explains an easy run that felt like tempo.
What we unify
Endurance activities you already generate in Strava (or elsewhere), low-friction strength logging, weight, and consistency signals. We do not replace Strava: we complement it so the gym is not orphaned.
Who it is for
Runners who lift, gym people who started running, and anyone preparing mixed blocks (including a HYROX-style horizon) without wanting three separate histories.
