Secondary case · HYROX

Preparing for HYROX: see strength and cardio in the same week.

We are not the official app and we do not sell stations. You do unify gym, running, and ergs in a weekly read — and you can use race plans or coach mode.

Race plans for the endurance block

Coach mode if someone follows your progress

Sample week (start here)

Mon strength A · Tue zone 2 · Wed off or mobility · Thu strength B + short erg · Fri off · Sat quality (tempo/intervals or stations if they are in your plan) · Sun light strength C or off. Download the same logic: 3-day template at /en/plantilla-hibrida/. For a month horizon: /blog/plan-4-semanas-atleta-hibrido/.

What problem we solve (and what we do not)

The problem: Strava understands running; the gym app understands sets; you glue both in your head. What we do not do: official programming of wall balls, sleds, or station simulations with a station library. That comes from your coach, a written plan, or your judgment. We provide the block thread and the data together.

Race plans + HYROX (clear expectations)

You can use in-app race plans to organize endurance weeks alongside the gym. They are not official HYROX plans and do not guarantee a finish time. They are the container to complete the block and review it. Details at /en/planes-de-carrera/.

How it works

From fragmentation to one weekly read

1

Pick a container

3-day template, 4-week plan, or a longer block in race plans. One template — do not improvise on Sunday.

2

Log both sides

Strength in the same system as running/ergs (Strava/Concept2 help with cardio). Every Sunday: consistency + one strength marker + one cardio marker.

3

Adjust with judgment

If “easy” stopped being easy, lower volume before adding stations. If you have a coach, coach mode aligns the same read.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Are you an official HYROX app?

No. We do not sell official plans or a HYROX station library. We are an app for hybrid athletes who also prepare for HYROX and need to unify strength and cardio.

Do you have race plans?

Yes, as a product feature to structure your block. They are not official brand plans. See /en/planes-de-carrera/.

Can a coach follow me?

Yes, with coach mode (Lifetime/Pro). See /en/para-entrenadores/.

Can I connect Strava or Concept2?

Yes. Integrations reduce friction for cardio and ergs; you log strength in the same system.
